We got great feedback from our last Newsletter’s “Raw Transformation” video. (Raw Transformation is what we are calling videos taken from 1:1 sessions of
Michael with clients).
Due to the interest, we’re including another one for you in this Newsletter.
In this short clip, Michael explains to a client how the act of getting together with friends (who are also on the path of transformation) for a meal can meet and fulfill the need of the longing to belong.
Michael offers this client (and us all) a simple way we can bring about fulfilment, together.
Self-reflection questions:
– Which 4 stomachs need to be fed (in addition to our physical stomach)?
(Here is a clue: the first letter to each word is “A” “R” “V” and “E”.)
– When we get together with other loving beings, we do so in the context of the Longing to Belong. We exist, and we are hungry. We all (fill in the blanks):
“… want more ____ in our lives, we all want more ____ in our lives, we’ll all ___ whatever price it takes to get it”.
– How can we cook up Value, Meaning and Purpose with our friends?
When accepting, recognizing, validating, encouraging friends have had a good meal together – they’re all around the table having great conversations, they have a common ground with each other. They all want more good in their lives, more true in their lives, and they’re willing to do what it takes to make it happen. They’re all cooking up value, meaning and purpose together. They know they want love and are willing to risk change to make it happen. Their longing to belong is being manifested and fulfilled at the same time.
